1. About EasyLegalDesk
EasyLegalDesk (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent private consultancy that provides professional assistance with MSME/Udyam registration, documentation and related compliance services. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the Government of India, the Ministry of MSME, or the Udyam Registration portal.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or availing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Services & Fees
We charge a professional service fee for application processing, documentation review and expert assistance. The exact fee is displayed on the secure payment step before you pay. Any government fees (if applicable) are separate from our service charges. The Udyam certificate itself is issued free of cost by the Government of India.
4. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (PAN, Aadhaar, business details, etc.). We rely on the data submitted by you and are not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete or misleading information.
5. Refund Policy
If your business is not eligible for MSME registration based on the information submitted, we will issue a refund of our service fee as per our stated refund guarantee. Refunds do not apply once the application has been successfully filed with the government portal.
6. Turnaround Time
Most applications are processed within 24–48 working hours after successful payment and document verification. Timelines may vary depending on government portal availability and the completeness of information provided.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services is limited to the amount of service fee paid by you to us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics and design — is the property of EasyLegalDesk or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
